Currently this building houses apartments from the second floor up. The ground floor, a former dry good storage for the village of Shannock, will be renovated into a restaurant for the town.

This former bank building in downtown Providence, RI, built in 1901 with an addition added in 1927, sits on the corner of Westminster and Dorrance Streets. This 12-story building has a restaurant on the ground floor that will remain while the upper floors become renovated as apartments and office spaces.
